2022 Hyundai Tucson Basics
The Tucson is a five-passenger compact SUV that is highly customizable. There are nine models in total to choose from. Four models have a gasoline engine, three are hybrids, and two are plug-in hybrids. The infotainment system comes with an eight-inch touchscreen that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto. Standard safety and driver-assist features include:

Interior Design
The Tucson has a handsomely styled center stack, and the infotainment center is very user-friendly. The standard eight-inch display is accompanied by two USB ports and a six-speaker sound system. Available upgrades include a 10.25-inch touchscreen display, two rear UBS ports, and an eight-speaker Bose stereo. The larger touchscreen also comes with a highly intuitive touch-sensitive panel that eliminates the need for physical buttons.
The high-quality interior comes with plenty of storage space and a comfortable cabin. There are 38.7 cubic feet of cargo space in the trunk, and with the back seats folded down the capacity is increased to 74.8 cubic feet.
Models and Engines
The gas engine models are the SE, SEL, and Limited. These models come standard with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine capable of 187 horsepower. The N Line model will be available this summer and comes with a 2.5-liter Smartstream engine. Hybrid models include the Blue, SEL Convenience, and Limited. All of the Tucson hybrids come standard with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine. The SEL and Limited plugin models are coming soon will have a 1.6-liter engine with standard AWD.
Pricing
The starting price of the 2022 Tucson is $24,950 MSRP. This is the price of the base SE model which comes with a gasoline engine and an eight-inch touchscreen display. The starting price of the sportier Tucson N Line is $30,600 MSRP. The hybrid base Blue model has a starting price of $29,050 MSRP.
The plugin hybrid SEL and Limited models are currently only available for reservation and Hyundai has yet to release an official MSRP starting price.
Warranty
The Hyundai Tucson comes with an excellent warranty. The limited warranty covers up to five years or 60,000 miles and the powertrain warranty extends to 10 years or 100,000 miles. Hyundai also has one of the best maintenance programs available. Every new 2022 Tucson comes with complimentary maintenance for up to three years or 36,000 miles.
